How do I change my password?

  1. Go to Settings>Staff.
  2. Highlight your name on the left side of the window.
  3. Select "Change" beside the password field shown below.

If you are not able to login to Brief Convey or your password has been locked due to too many failed attempts please call 1-866-367-7648 or send an email to customerservice@doprocess.com; our customer service team will be able to assist with resetting & unlocking the password.
