Can a parcel, map, etc. be removed/deleted from the Teranet Connect Tab?

Any item that is purchased through the Teranet Connect tab cannot be removed from the tab once the purchase is complete. If you discover that a parcel, map, etc. has been purchased in error, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Simply click the add/search parcel register button and complete another search. Both parcel searches will be available in the Teranet Connect box, so you will need to be sure that you have chosen the correct PIN when ordering maps, instruments, executions and exporting information. Ensure that the correct information is included in the Subject Property tab before producing documents in the Document Production tab.


  2. Create a copy of the record by clicking the edit/copy button next to the record number in Tab A. The copied record will not include the information within the Teranet Connect tab, nor will it copy over LOFTI or Electronic Mortgage Instructions. A refund for the original record can be requested by clicking Go To > Transaction Management.  Locate the original record number in this window and click the Reset button near the bottom. Once you have authorized the reset, the record will be refunded. Please note, when you use this function, the record becomes locked and no further changes can be made.

In each of these cases, a refund of the incorrect Teranet Connect search charge can be requested from the Teraview Customer Service Team by calling 416-360-1190 or 1-800-208-5263.
