If a user requires Do Process Credentials, please email email@example.com with the following information:
- First Name, Last Name
- Email Address
- Indicate if the user is a Lawyer or a Law Clerk/Assistant
Once received, the user will be set up with credentials and they will be emailed to them at the email address indicated.
To add their information into the program:
- open a record
- click on the flashlight icon beside Law Clerk Initials/Solicitors Initials
- select the name you would like to edit or select Add
- enter the Do Process Login information under the “Do Process Login Info” tab.
