How do I set up a user with Do Process Credentials?

If a user requires Do Process Credentials, please email customerservice@doprocess.com with the following information:

  1. First Name, Last Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Indicate if the user is a Lawyer or a Law Clerk/Assistant

Once received, the user will be set up with credentials and they will be emailed to them at the email address indicated.

To add their information into the program:

  • open a record
  • click on the flashlight icon beside Law Clerk Initials/Solicitors Initials
  • select the name you would like to edit or select Add
  • enter the Do Process Login information under the “Do Process Login Info” tab.
