How do I reset my Teranet Connect™ password?

If you receive a message indicating that you have exceeded your allowed number of attempts when trying to log in to Teranet Connect, or you would like to change the password used for Teranet Connect™, simply visit www.myteranetconnect.ca and follow the instructions below:

  1. Enter your Teraview™ Account Name (8 Letters) and your personal Teraview™ Username and log in
  2. Answer the security questions provided and enter a new password
    Note: The new password must be a minimum of 8 characters, a maximum of 20 characters and contain a combination of upper case, lower case, and numeric characters.
  3. Once this is complete, you may return to the Teranet Connect™ section within the Conveyancer® and log in accordingly.

Note: If for any reason, you cannot answer your security correctly after 3 attempts, your profile will be locked and you will need to contact Teraview™ Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-208-5263 or 416-360-1190.
