How do I change the name of the deceased or date of death (revalidate a record)?

Once a record is validated, the Name of the Deceased field and the Date of Death field are locked.

In order to amend either field please follow the steps below: 

  1. From within Tab A, click on the red circle icon beside the validate box
  2. Enter the revised data
  3. Click OK and select Yes
  4. At this point, please contact Customer Service at 416-322-6111 and 1-866-367-7648 to provide the re-validation.
