Once a record is validated, the Name of the Deceased field and the Date of Death field are locked.
In order to amend either field please follow the steps below:
- From within Tab A, click on the red circle icon beside the validate box
- Enter the revised data
- Click OK and select Yes
- At this point, please contact Customer Service at 416-322-6111 and 1-866-367-7648 to provide the re-validation.
