How do I search a Parcel Register in Teranet Connect™?

To search a Parcel Register in Teranet Connect™, ensure that there are is a Record number and Solicitor entered in Tab A of your record and click on Tab D and follow the instructions below:

1. Click on Search Parcel Register
2. The Search Parcel Register box will open and display the different search options: Search by address, Search by Name, Search by PIN, Search by Instrument No.

4. Select your search method, enter the information and click OK
5. The login screen will then display
6. Select your name, enter your password and click OK

7. Your Teraview™ balance will then display and the Parcel Register options will appear.

    I'm having trouble ordering an adjacent map for a parcel register that another user in my office ordered. The error message I'm getting is "Return Code=-12000 the parcel register was not requested for the subject property." What can I do?

    Hi Trish,

    There are two reasons that you may receive "Return Code=-12000 the parcel register was not requested for the subject property." when trying to order adjacent map/parcels;

    The first is that there is a 30 day period that users have to purchase the map and adjacent parcels. If that 30 day period has lapsed, the main parcel register would have to be re-ordered prior to ordering the adjacent parcels.

    The second reason that this message may appear is if the person requesting the map or adjacent parcels is not the original requester of the main parcel register, in which case that person would have to request the map and adjacent parcels to proceed.
