How do I set up a user with Do Process Credentials?

To request Do Process Creditials for a user, click HERE to complete the request form.

Alternatively, you can email customerservice@doprocess.com with the following information:

  1. First Name, Last Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Indicate if the user is a Lawyer or a Law Clerk/Assistant

Once received, the user will be set up with credentials and they will be emailed to them at the email address indicated. To add their information into the program, simply open a record, click on the flashlight icon beside Law Clerk Initials/Solicitors Initials, select the name you would like to edit or select Add, enter the Do Process Login information under the “Do Process Login Info” tab.
