How do I set up a user with Do Process Credentials?

To request Do Process Credentials for a user, click HERE to complete the request form.

Alternatively, you can also email us at customerservice@doprocess.com with the following information or call us directly:

  1. First Name, Last Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Indicate if the user is a Lawyer or a Law Clerk/Assistant

Once the request is received, the user will be set up with credentials and they will be emailed to them at the email address indicated.

To add their information into the program, access the Lawyer/Law Clerk Profiles and click edit to amend the existing profile for them, or click on Add to create a profile. This information will be entered under the Do Process Login Info Tab.
