If you would like to have custom documents added to BC Estate Planning, please follow the steps below to submit the request.
Your request will be automatically sent to the document customization team and you will receive regular updates on the status of your request.
From the Do Process web site click the Help Centre button in the top right.
Click the Submit a request link at the top of the screen
On the Submit a Request window that appears, select Custom Document for BC Estate Planning. Complete the web form and attach a copy of the complete samples of your custom documents in Microsoft Word format. These samples must follow the guidelines set out in the Estate Planning Custom Document Requirements
