To continue complying with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and to ensure your credit card information remains safe, the Do Process Customer Service Centre (CSC) will no longer be allowed to accept credit card payments over the phone as of February 1st, 2017.
How to Pay by Credit Card Starting in February 2017
We have developed a web pay page where you will be able to securely enter your credit card details to pay your account. This new service will be available in the beginning of February 2017.
Another communication with the web pay page address and further details will be sent at the beginning of the month. You will be required to enter your credit card details each time you make a payment using this method.
Other Payment Options
There are two other options available for paying your account:
- Send a cheque for the amount appearing on your Account Statement, which is emailed to your firm’s billing contact on the 5th of every month. You can also access your firm’s Account Statements and Invoices from your Do Process application(s).
- Switch your payment method from invoice to credit card. With this method, you only enter your credit card details once in a secure payment page instead of each time you pay an invoice. You can easily switch to this payment method on the My Firm > Billing > Payment Method Management tab.
